POCO launched the POCO M6 5G smartphone in the Indian market a few months ago. Now, the company will introduce the POCO M6 (4G variant) as we have spotted the upcoming POCO M6 on Thailand’s NBTC certification website. The POCO M6 has also acquired SDPPI, FCC, EEC, TKDN, and IMDA certifications.

The POCO M6 moniker is confirmed through NBTC certification. The upcoming smartphone’s model number is 2404APC5FG. As per FCC certification, the POCO M6 will be equipped with a 4,930mAh battery, which the company might market as a 5,000mAh unit. It will feature support for 33W fast charging.

The POCO M6’s Federal Communications Commission listing also mentions that the handset will support dual-band WiFi networks and NFC connectivity. It will come pre-loaded with HyperOS 1.0. Apart from these, these certifications reveal nothing else about the upcoming smartphone.

However, recent leaks suggest that the upcoming POCO M6 will be a rebranded Redmi 13 powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 processor. The Redmi 13 and POCO M6 reportedly have codename moon. The Indian variant of POCO M6 and Redmi 13 have been spotted on the IMEI database, so we expect these to launch in the Indian market.

We will learn more about the upcoming POCO M6 and Redmi 13 in the coming weeks as they appear on other certification and benchmark websites. So, stay tuned.
