A couple of days back, POCO India shared a cryptic letter on social media channels and said that the company is all set to repeat the POCO F1’s magic. The company also hinted that it will not release flagship killer phones under the F series anymore, as it said ‘It’ll not be an F by name but by game!‘. The cryptic letter also suggested that the POCO X3 Pro will be the spiritual successor to POCO F1, and it might launch in India on 30th March. POCO X3 Pro has already been spotted on BIS certification.
Some key specifications along with storage variants and pricing of the upcoming POCO X3 Pro surfaced on the web last week. The recent leaks suggested that the upcoming POCO X3 Pro will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 SoC. Back in January, Xiaomiui had shared specifications of upcoming devices with codenames Vayu and Bhima. This lead us to speculate that these devices might launch under POCO branding.
In case you didn’t know, POCO X3 NFC carries codename Surya, while the Indian variant has codename Karna. Vayu and Bhima must be the NFC (global) and Indian variants of the POCO X3 Pro respectively. To those unaware, Karna is considered the spiritual son of Surya, while Bhima is considered the spiritual son of Vayu as per Indian mythology.
