Realme 12 Pro, Realme 12 Pro+ Specifications Revealed by TENAA Certification Ahead of Launch

Realme is gearing up for the launch of the Realme 12 series smartphone. The lineup is supposed to include two devices initially such as the Realme 12 Pro and the Realme 12 Pro+. These smartphones received the TDRA, MIIT and TENAA certifications yesterday. The TDRA certification confirmed the moniker as well as the model number of the smartphones. Additionally, the renders of the smartphones were revealed by the TENAA certification. Now, in a recent development, the TENAA certification has listed the complete specifications of the Realme 12 Pro and the Realme 12 Pro+.

Realme 12 Pro Series Will Boast 6.7-inch AMOLED Display, Triple-Camera Setup

The TENAA certification reveals that the Realme 12 Pro (RMX3843) will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 2412×1080 pixel resolution. Under the hood, the device will be powered by an octa-core 2.2GHz chipset. Though the chipset details aren’t revealed by the certification, we expect it to feature Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC. The listing further reveals that the device will launch in 6GB, 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB RAM configurations along with 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options.

Furthermore, the certification also confirms that the smartphone will measure 161.47×74.02×8.75mm in terms of dimensions and weigh around 190 grams. Moving onto the imaging department, the device will sport a triple-camera setup. The camera module will comprise of a 50MP main camera, a 32MP secondary lens, and an 8MP sensor. The front of the handset will include a 16MP camera.

Moving onto the specifications of the Realme 12 Pro+ (RMX3841), it will also measure 161.47×74.02×8.75mm in terms of dimensions, and weigh 196 grams. The device will be powered by an octa-core 2.4GHz chipset. It will feature a 64MP primary camera, a 50MP secondary lens, and an 8MP camera. The front camera on the Realme 12 Pro+ will be 32MP. The device will debut in the same RAM and storage configurations as that of the Pro model. Both the smartphones will pack a 4,880mAh battery, and they will have a 5G support.

At present, Realme has not revealed any details regarding the Realme 12 series launch date. However, considering that both smartphones have received the TENAA approval, we can expect them to debut in China by the end of this month.
