Realme has been sharing teasers for the launch of its upcoming mid-range number-series smartphones in India. The brand is expected to debut the Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+ smartphones later this month.
Now, a Spanish YouTuber named Isa Marcial has shared the first impressions of the upcoming Realme 12 Pro+ smartphone. The video reveals the complete design and key specifications of the upcoming device.

Realme itself recently confirmed the camera specifications of the smartphone through a teaser on X (formerly Twitter). The brand is expected to launch the new series on January 31, according to some reports.

Realme 12 Pro+ Confirmed Specifications

The latest video confirms Realme will debut the smartphone in Submarine Blue and Navigator Beige colours. The power button and volume rockers can be seen on the right side of the smartphone. A large circular camera layout alongside a golden strip running from top to bottom connecting the camera module is also seen on the rear.

The upcoming smartphones will continue with a curved AMOLED display. The Realme 12 Pro+ will also feature a centred punch hole cutout to house the selfie camera. The first impression video also confirms the device will sport a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED screen.

The TENAA certification of the phone had earlier revealed the curved AMOLED display will sport a FHD+ resolution.

Realme 12 Pro will run the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, built on a 4nm process. The chipset features two Cortex A78 cores at 2.4GHz, six Cortex A55 cores at 1.95GHz, and an Adreno 710 GPU. The chipset will likely be paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

The video also confirms the smartphone will run on Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14 out of the box. If so, then it will likely be the first device to debut with Realme UI 5.0 in India. The video also confirms that the 12 Pro+ will be backed by a 5000mAh battery.

The device will sport a triple rear camera, comprising a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 64MP tertiary sensor. Realme recently confirmed it will equip the device with a 50MP Sony IMX 890 sensor with OIS.

The Sony IMX 890 sensor has a focal length of 24mm, similar to the Realme GT 5 Pro smartphone. The primary sensor will be paired with an 8MP ultrawide lens with the ability to shoot macro photos. The device will also sport the 64MP OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom.
