Realme 9 Pro+ Design, Specifications Leaked: To Feature Dimensity 920 5G SoC, 50MP Triple-Rear Cameras

Realme is gearing up to launch more smartphones under its number series in India. The company launched the Realme 9i earlier this month and is rumoured to launch two more smartphones. The Realme 9 Pro and Pro+ launch in India is expected to take place in February 2022. The company has not yet confirmed the launch date yet. Meanwhile, design renders of Realme 9 Pro+ have leaked online. 

Tipster OnLeaks and MySmartPrix have uploaded the device’s design renders, confirming some of the key details of the phone. Let’s take a look at the Realme 9 Pro+ design, specifications and other details.

Realme 9 Pro+ design renders

Realme 9 Pro+ will be the most premium smartphone under the Realme 9 series. The device could be officially unveiled in India next month. Ahead of the official launch, the report by MySmartPrix has revealed that the phone will have a triple-camera setup on the back.

The camera module text confirms that the phone has a 50MP main camera sensor, which according to OnLeaks is customised for the Realme 9 Pro+. It is coupled with an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro camera. For selfies, the phone will have a 16MP front camera.

The power button is on the right edge, whereas the volume keys are located on the left. The front camera is placed inside the hole-punch cutout on the top left corner of the screen. According to the report, the phone has a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display. The screen is flat and has narrow bezels around it. It will also come with 90Hz refresh rate support.

Under the hood, the phone will come with a MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC. It will be paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone is said to pack a 4500 mAh battery with support for fast charging. However, the fast charging speed details remain unknown. The 9 Pro has support for 33W fast charging. We can expect the Pro+ model to support either that or 50W fast charging.
