The Realme Buds Air 5 will also launch in India on August 23. Realme has confirmed today that it will launch the Realme Buds Air 5 series next week. The company has already announced the launch of the Buds Air 5 Pro. The Realme Buds Air 5 will launch as the successor to the Buds Air 3 in India. At the same event, the company is also expected to take the covers off the Realme 11 5G and Realme 11x 5G. Let’s take a look at the expected specs of the Realme Buds Air 5.

Realme Buds Air 5 Will Launch in India Next Week

Realme has confirmed that it will launch the Realme Buds Air 5 series in India on August 23. The series comprises the Buds Air 5 and Buds Air 5 Pro. The Buds Air 5 will arrive as the successor to the Buds Air 3, launched last April with a price tag of Rs 3,999. We can expect the new Air Buds 5 to be priced in the same range.

Realme has confirmed that the Buds Air 5 will come with an advanced 12.4 mm mega titanizing driver setup. It will retain Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) from Buds Air 3. No other specifications of the base Buds Air 5 have been confirmed by the brand. We should know more details once its launches next week.

On the contrary, Realme has already launched the Buds Air 5 Pro in China in May. The Indian version is expected to feature the exact specifications as the Chinese variant. The Buds Air 5 Pro will be the segment-first to come with a coaxial dual driver featuring what the brand calls ‘Real Boost Dual Drivers.’ They comprise an 11mm woofer and 6mm micro-plane tweeters.

The IPX5-certified TWS earbuds come with dual device connection and Google’s quick pair connectivity. The device also supports Hi-Res audio, SBC, AAC, and LDHC audio codecs for a great listening experience. Realme claims that the Budds Air 5 Pro can offer 11 hours of playback time without the charging case and up to 40 hours with the charging case.

The TWS earbuds also support noise reduction of up to 50 dB. It has six mics for AI deep call noise reduction and advanced ENC with Beamforming noise reduction tech. Realme has also equipped the Buds Air 5 Pro with the DNN intelligent algorithm to detect the noise source more accurately.

Other Realme Buds Air 5 Pro features include 40, low latency for lag-free audio, ANC, Bass Boost+, and more. We can expect the Pro version to be priced in the range of Rs 5,000 when it launches.
