Realme is gearing up for the launch of a new C-series smartphone in various markets. The company is likely to launch the Realme C53 as its new budget smartphone. The device, once launched, will sit below the C55, which was launched a few weeks ago in India. Realme has not confirmed any details about the launch of the C53 at the time of writing this. However, it looks like the launch of the upcoming Realme smartphone is imminent. While we wait for the launch date, a new leak has revealed the design renders and key specifications of the C53.
The phone has the model number RMX3760. Based on the leaked specs, it looks like the C53 will launch as a slightly tweaked version of the Narzo N53, which was launched earlier today in India. Let’s take a look at the Realme C53 specifications, features and other details.
Realme C53: Design and Colour Options
Realme C53 is likely an upcoming smartphone under Rs 10,000 in India. The device will launch in various markets in two colour options. The C53 will be available in Gold and Black colour options, according to the leaked details shared by Appuals. The report, citing tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, uploaded the design renders of the phone, which show its design being identical to the Narzo N53 in India.
The rear panel and frame are flat. There are three cutouts on the back for the dual-camera setup and an LED flash. The device sports a waterdrop notch at the top for the front camera. It has a slightly thick chin, according to the leaked renders.
Realme C53: Key Specifications and Features
According to the report, the C53 will sport a 6.74-inch IPS LCD with an HD+ resolution. The screen will offer support for a 90Hz refresh rate. Taking care of the performance will be a Unisoc T612 SoC, which is a 4G chipset. The processor is said to be paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. In addition to this, the device will offer support for up to 6GB of Dynamic RAM, which will be consumed from the 128GB of storage as and when required. There is likely support for storage expansion via a microSD card.
On the back, the C53 4G is said to feature a 50MP main camera sensor. It will also feature a 0.3MP. For selfies, the C53 is said to feature a 5MP front camera sensor. The device is also likely to pack a 5000mAh battery under the hood and offer support for 33W SuperVOOC fast charging out of the box.
There will be a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, dual SIM functionality, etc. The phone will be about 7.59mm thick as well.
