Sky Li, CEO and Realme founder, recently confirmed the launch of the Realme Note series of smartphones. Realme Philippines later took it out to X (formerly Twitter) to announce the launch date of the Realme Note 50 smartphone in global markets. Now, Realme Philippines has unveiled the pricing and specifications of the smartphone ahead of its scheduled launch in the country.

Realme Note 50: Pricing, Availability

Realme will launch the Realme Note 50 smartphone in Midnight Blue and Sky Blue colours. The first ever Note series smartphone debuted by the brand is available in a single variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Realme has priced the smartphone at PHP 3,599 (approx. Rs 5,400). The brand has yet to reveal the availability of the upcoming device.

Realme will announce the country-wise availability of the smartphone on January 23. Chase, Vice President of Realme, confirmed that the device will debut in five countries apart from the Philippines. These countries include Vietnam, Thailand, Italy, Bangladesh, and Myanmar. Realme is yet to confirm the availability of the smartphone in India.

Realme Note 50: Features, Specifications

The device has a 6.74-inch IPS display with a waterdrop-style notch. The display has fairly-sized bezels on the top and bottom of the device. The power button and volume rockers are seen on the right side of the device. The left side of the Note series smartphone is clean except for the SIM card tray.

The device sports the UNISOC T612 SoC, fabricated on a 12nm process. The octa-core chipset has two Cortex A75 cores at 1.8GHz, six Cortex A55 cores at 1.8GHz, and a Mali G57 MP1 GPU. Realme Note 50 has a dual rear camera comprising of a 13MP primary lens paired with a monochrome lens. The smartphone is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 10W fast charging support.

Realme Note Series: Everything We Know So Far

Realme founder and CEO Sky Li confirmed that the smartphone brand is aiming to cater to entry-level and flagship smartphone users, apart from lower and upper mid-range segment customers, in the global markets. The founder reveals that the brand will debut smartphones under USD 100 (approx. Rs 8,400) to target entry-level customers.

Realme has rebranded the Realme C51 smartphone under the Note series moniker with downgraded cameras and fast charging to lower the cost of the smartphone. The Note series smartphones will co-exist alongside GT, number, and C series smartphones.
