Realme has launched a new smartphone under the V series banner in China, dubbed the Realme V23. The latest phone from the house of the Realme comes packing in an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, 48MP rear camera, and a 5,000mAh battery. The phone is available in two colour options and has a 3.5mm headphone jack. There’s a fairly large 6.58-inch display and the handset weighs 190g. Let’s take a closer look at the Realme V23, its specifications, features, pricing and sale date in China.

Realme V23: Pricing, Availability

Realme V23 has been launched in two RAM+Storage options in the company’s hometown – 8GB + 256GB and 12GB +256GB. The base variant is priced at 1699 yuan, while the 12GB RAM option costs 1,899 yuan.


The phone is set to go on sale in China beginning today. Colour options on the phone include Glass Magic and Gravel Black. The phone could arrive in India, however with a different name.

Realme V23: Specifications

The glazed phantom colour option on the newly released Realme V23 appears to have a design that reflects the rising sun. The dazzling body’s surface is made of crystal diamond technology, which creates a more transparent and textured colour effect.

There’s a 6.58-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 2408 x 1080 pixels. The phone measures 8.1mm in thickness and weighs 190g. Under the hood, the Realme V23 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

For optics, the V23 includes a dual rear camera module consisting of a 48MP primary and a 2MP secondary shooter. There’s an 8MP shooter on the front for selfies and video calls. The phone draws power from a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.

The handset doesn’t miss out on the 3.5 mm headphone jack and has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded into the power button.
