Now, the brand has set up a new event page on its official website, which hints that a new Power smartphone from Redmi is coming soon to India. This smartphone could be none other than Redmi 9 Power. Redmi 9 Power India Launch Teased

Redmi India has posted a teaser video on its official Twitter handle regarding the launch of new Redmi smartphone. The video does not give any hint about the device, though it shows some metaphors to suggest that the upcoming phone will be none other the Redmi 9 Power. The model is called to be a ‘Power Packed’ device.

Furthermore, Xiaomi has also created a dedicated microsite on Mi.com for the upcoming launch. The microsite teases that the smartphone will come with a quad-camera setup along with a power-packed battery, which might come with fast charging support. There is also ‘Notify Me’ tag through which one register to get the latest updates about the upcoming Redmi smartphone.

As per tipster Mukul Sharma, the company is all set to launch the Redmi 9 Power on December 15th in India. The tipster claims that the company will launch the phone on the said date if there are no last-minute changes. However, the company is yet to officially announce the launch of the upcoming smartphone.

The Redmi 9 Power is rumoured to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 9 4G option that was launched in China last month. However, one could expect some slight changes to the Indian market. The Redmi 9 Power price could well start at Rs 9,999 and the phone will be available in different memory configurations. One might see 4GB + 64GB and 4GB + 128GB options in the country.
