After launching the Redmi Note 13 series in China a few weeks back, Xiaomi seems to be working towards the launch of the Redmi Note 13 4G models. The reason for this is that recently a new Xiaomi smartphone with model number 23117RA68G was spotted in the IMEI database. The handset is believed to debut as the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G.
The same smartphone recently also received the FCC certification. The FCC listing revealed the software version of the device, as well as the certification documents, confirmed that the same smartphone could also debut as POCO M6 Pro 4G. Now, in a recent development, the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G has received the IMDA certification.
Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G Will Have NFC Support, 200MP Primary Camera
The IMDA certification reveals the model number of the device as 23117RA68G. However, the certification doesn’t mention the moniker of the handset. The IMDA listing also confirms that the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G will have NFC support. The same details were also revealed by the FCC certification. Additionally, the FCC certification confirmed that the device will have a 200MP primary camera with an OIS support and an 8MP ultra-wide lens.
At present, the launch date of the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G hasn’t been revealed by Xiaomi. However, considering that the handset has started receiving a few certifications, its launch seems imminent.
The device could be priced less than the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G variant. To recall, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G features a 6.67-inch OLED display that has a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC which is coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The device boots Android 13 out of the box with the MIUI 14 user interface on top.
As far as the other key features go, it has a 200MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. The front of the device includes a 16MP selfie camera. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery which supports up to 67W fast charging. Last but not least, the smartphone also has an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance and an in-display fingerprint sensor for security purposes.
