Samsung is gearing up for a pretty exciting and eventful year ahead as we are closing towards the end of Q3. As we move to the next quarter, Samsung is expected to launch a few much-anticipated phones and tablets. The company is expected to announce the Galaxy S23 FE, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE series 一 which has been in the news for a few weeks now. While these are on the mid-range and premium side, the company is also expected to launch a new budget phone under the A series.
The Samsung Galaxy A05s is expected to launch soon globally as well as in India as the successor to last year’s Galaxy A04s device. A couple of weeks back, we at MySmartPrice exclusively revealed the upcoming Galaxy A05’s 360-degree render along with its specs. Now, the same device has been spotted on the Google Play Console. Let’s check out all the new details that have surfaced on the Play Console.
Samsung Galaxy A05s Listed on Google Play Console
On the Google Play Console, the Galaxy A05s has been listed with a05ssnndxx codename and the moniker of the device is also mentioned on the listing. According to the listing, the upcoming Samsung phone will feature 6GB of RAM. However, there might be other variants as well. Further, the device will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 SoC with four ARM Cortex A73 cores and four A53 cores. This chipset will be coupled with Adreno 610 GPU.
Further, the phone will come with a Full-HD+ resolution (1080 x 2400) and will run on Android 13, which should be based on OneUI 5.1. The high-quality render on the Play Console also reveals the phone’s dew-drop notch and triple rear camera on the back. In terms of the front design, one can also clearly sizeable bezel on the chin. The phone has been listed in Green colour here, but we are expecting more colourways as well. Four variants of the device have been listed on the Google Play Supported Devices List 一 SM-A057F, SM-A057G, SM-E145F, SM-M145F. All the four models are listed as Galaxy A05s. Apart from the aforementioned information, the website does not mention more details about the device.
Samsung Galaxy A05s: Specifications (Expected)
Based on the previous report, the Galaxy A05s will feature a 6.6-inch Full-HD+ flat display with an Infinity-U selfie camera cutout. The phone will also feature a 3.5mm audio jack and a Type-C charging port at the bottom side. The phone is expected to ship with a 4,000mAh battery and it is said to feature 25W fast charging.
