Samsung has launched two new Galaxy A-series smartphones. The company has quietly unveiled the Galaxy A14 5G and the Galaxy A23 5G. The two smartphones were originally scheduled to launch on January 18. However, Samsung has now revealed the pricing and sale details of the two Galaxy smartphones. The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G was launched earlier this year, whereas the A23 5G made its debut late last year.

Both phones are mid-range 5G smartphones. The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is the more affordable of the two. The Galaxy A23 5G, on the other hand, has been priced under Rs 25,000 in India. Let’s take a look at the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, Galaxy A23 5G price in India, specifications and other details.

The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G has been launched with three storage options in India. The base model has 4GB of RAM. It comes with 64GB of internal storage and is priced at Rs 16,499. The 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB storage options are priced at Rs 18,999 and Rs 20,999. It is available in Dark Red, Light Green and Black colour options. 

As part of the launch offer, customers who purchase the Galaxy A14 5G can get Rs 1,500 cashback with SBI and IDFC cards.

The Galaxy A23 5G has been launched with two storage options. Its base model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is priced at Rs 22,999. The 8GB + 128GB storage option is priced at Rs 24,999. The phone has been launched in Silver, Light Blue and Orange colour options. Customers with SBI or IDFC cards can get Rs 2,000 cashback on the purchase of the A23 5G.

Both devices go on sale starting from January 20 via Samsung.com and other online platforms.

Moving on to the specifications, the Galaxy A23 5G has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone has a waterdrop notch for the front camera. On the back, the device has a quad-camera setup. It features a 50MP primary camera with support for optical image stabilisation (OIS). There is also a 5MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. 

The phone draws power from a Snapdragon 695 SoC and packs a 5000mAh battery. It supports 25W fast charging.

The Galaxy A14 5G, on the other hand, has a tall 6.6-inch IPS LCD with an HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone has a waterdrop notch for the 13MP front camera. On the back, there is a triple-camera setup. The Galaxy A14 5G has a 50MP main camera sensor along with a 2MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth sensor.

Under the hood, the phone features company’s own Exynos 1330 SoC. It packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging. The device runs Android 13 out of the box and has a layer of One UI 5.0 core edition on top.
