Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Green

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has added a new colour variant to its lineup, with a new green finish added to the lineup. The new variant joins the lineup that already featured three colour options – Burgundy, Phantom Black and Phantom White. Interestingly, though, Samsung is offering the Green colour variant only with the base storage variant of the company’s ultimate flagship Android smartphone, which means that users wishing to get their hands on this new colour would only be able to get it with 256GB storage. As of now, the 512GB and 1TB storage models of the Galaxy S22 Ultra remains available only with Burgundy and Phantom Black.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Green Variant Comes with a New Deal

The Korean smartphone maker is marketing the new colour variant with a deal proposition, which could help you get the device at less than Rs 70,000. With the deal, Samsung is targeting flagship Android phone buyers that already own a Samsung smartphone. As part of the deal, Samsung is offering its users an upgrade bonus of Rs 12,000. It is also marketing ‘old device value’ of Rs 31,000 – accounting which the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra in its new green colour variant would cost users Rs 66,999.

The old device value that Samsung is proposing in the deal includes resale value of a Galaxy Note 10 Plus, with 256GB storage, on Cashify – which offers the Rs 31,000 in sale value. The company is therefore proposing users with flagship Samsung phones that are about three years old, including which users may get the Galaxy S22 Ultra at less than Rs 70,000.

Samsung has also included the Galaxy Watch 4 smartwatch in the deal, which is priced at Rs 26,999. Users buying the Galaxy S22 Ultra can get the smartwatch at Rs 2,999. This means that users who could sell their three-year-old Galaxy Note 10 Plus smartphone would get the Galaxy S22 Ultra and the Galaxy Watch 4 as part of a bundled deal, within Rs 70,000.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, along with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage in its base variant. It has a 6.8-inch Dynamic Amoled 2X display with 120Hz refresh rate and 2K+ screen resolution, with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ screen protection on top. The device has a 108MP quad rear camera with 8K videography, and a 40MP front camera with 4K 60fps front-camera videography. It also has dual-band Wi-Fi 6E, and is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging.
