Samsung is gearing up to launch its much-awaited Galaxy S24 Series in India and other global markets. The company has scheduled the Galaxy Unpacked 2024 Event for January 17. Ahead of unveiling its latest flagships, Samsung has now announced permanent price cuts on the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+. The company has reduced the price of the two phones by Rs 10,000 on all storage models.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 is now available at Rs 64,999 for the base 128GB model, while the Galaxy S23+ 256GB can be purchased for Rs 84,999. Here are the latest prices of all storage variants.

Model Storage Price
Galaxy S23 8GB+128GB Rs 64,999
Galaxy S23 8GB+256GB Rs 69,999
Galaxy S23+ 8GB+256GB Rs 84,999
Galaxy S23+ 8GB+512GB Rs 94,999

These new prices will be available on Amazon, Flipkart, Samsung Showrooms, and partner retail chains like Croma, and Reliance Digital. Additional bank discounts up to Rs 5000 are also available on online and offline platforms, depending on the seller.

However, Samsung has not announced any price cut for the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The top-end flagship of the company is listed for Rs 1,24,999. The device was available at Rs 99,999 for a short period during December, before jumping back to its launch price. Samsung is expected to reduce the price of the Galaxy S23 Ultra after the Galaxy Unpacked 2024 Event. It has been a star product for the company over the past few months with its impressive camera, display, and S Pen. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is considered one of the best Android flagships that is widely available in international markets.

The Galaxy S23 and the S23+ are also excellent flagships to consider, especially with their new prices. If you are looking for a compact Android flagship and are ready to compromise on battery life, the Galaxy S23 will be a good choice. If battery life is a priority for you, then you are better off grabbing the Galaxy S23+.

The Galaxy S23 Series also exclusively features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, instead of the usual Exynos which the company offers in India. While Samsung is expected to fix its thermal issues with the upcoming Exynos 2400 on the Galaxy S24 and S24+, the Qualcomm-only S23 Series could remain popular for a little longer.
