Samsung recently announced the Galaxy Tab S9 series along with the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5. While the brand has launched its new tablet lineup, we are yet to witness the launch of the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and the Galaxy Tab FE Plus. The renders and key specifications of both these upcoming tablets had surfaced online a couple of weeks back. The previous leak revealed that the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ could boast a 12.4-inch display, a dual rear-facing camera, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and dual speakers. While we wait for the launch, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ now has received the FCC certification.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ Will Have 45W Fast Charging Support
The FCC listing reveals the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ model number as SM-X610 and SM-X616B respectively. Additionally, the certification confirms that the tablet will launch in Wi-Fi and 5G versions. Furthermore, the certification also confirms that the tablet will have 45W fast charging, and an S-Pen as well as keyboard support. Furthermore, the schematics reveal that the tablet will have a dual-camera setup. The certification also discloses that the tablet will pack a battery which will have the model number EB-BX818ABY. Apart from these details, no other specification of the tablet is revealed by the FCC certification.
The past leak suggests that the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ could sport a 12.4-inch display. For the security purpose, the tablet might boast a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The tablet might be powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 1380 chipset. Furthermore, the previous leak also reveals that the Galaxy Tab S9 FE will have a dual speaker and smart connector. Dimensions-wise, the tablet is expected to measure 285.4 x 185.4 x 6.54 mm. The tablet could launch in Light Green, Light Pink, and Silver color options. For the optics purpose, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ could flaunt a dual-camera setup.
Apart from the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+, Samsung is also rumoured to be working on the Galaxy Tab S9 FE. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE is expected to feature a 10.9-inch display. The device is also tipped to feature a dual speaker and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. As for the imaging purpose, it is expected to feature a single camera. Dimensions-wise, the Tab S9 FE is expected to measure around 254.3 x 165.8 x 6.7mm.
Currently, the launch date of both the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ is yet to be revealed. However, considering that these tablets are now getting certification, and their specifications as well as renders are revealed, we can expect Samsung to launch them in the coming few weeks.
