Samsung has opened its first online-to-offline (O2O) lifestyle store in India at the Jio World Plaza mall in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). The Samsung BKC store, spanning 8,000 square feet, is placed in the central business district and seeks to highlight Samsung’s top-of-the-line products.

The store sells various high-end electronics, including smartphones, televisions, refrigerators, and washing machines. It uses Samsung’s AI ecosystem to provide the best AI experiences for consumer electronics and mobile devices.

It mixes the ease of online shopping with in-store support. With over 1,200 product options available through a digital catalogue, customers can experience the best of both worlds; the most extensive range of devices and the assistance of in-store experts.

Additionally, customers in Mumbai have the choice to make online purchases from Samsung.com/in and benefit from the store’s proximity to collect their products from Samsung BKC within two hours.

The store is structured into eight zones, each demonstrating how Samsung products may be integrated into different elements of daily life. The zones provide hands-on demonstrations of Samsung’s connected ecosystem, from gaming and home offices to art, yoga, cooking, and laundry management.

One notable feature is the Learn at Samsung workshops, which allow users to interact with Samsung’s innovations through events focused on digital art, photography, fitness, cuisine, and more. These workshops, including influencers and experts, aim to give attendees hands-on experience with Samsung devices.

The Mobile Zone gets the limelight, showcasing Samsung’s top Galaxy devices, including the highly anticipated Galaxy S24 series. Beginning January 23, customers can experience and pre-book these devices in-store.

The store also provides personalisation options where customers can create their smartphone covers at the Creator’s Workshop. It also allows them to add unique touches to their purchases, such as initials with crystals on phone cases and fun charms for Galaxy watches.

Interestingly, Samsung BKC also offers a glimpse of global products that are yet to be launched in India. The store also has an integrated service centre that delivers online and offline appointments, same-day repairs for Galaxy devices, and free SmartThings setup for customers who buy multiple SmartThings-equipped products.

Customers who visit Samsung BKC can also take advantage of various deals, such as loyalty points, discounts on select models, cashback on selected appliances, and special benefits for corporate clients.
