Vivo is reportedly prepping to launch its Vivo V23 series in India soon. The Vivo V23 Pro was spotted on Geekbench website last week with Mediatek Dimensity 1200 SoC and 8GB of RAM. The phone has visited Google Play Console as well which confirmed the phone’s front design. It also confirmed that the phone will boot Android 12 out of the box.
A recent report from Digit reveals that the phone will now launch in January 2022. The report also mentions that the V23 Pro will be India’s slimmest 3D curve display smartphone after launch. Here are the latest launch and feature details of the Vivo V23 Pro.
Vivo V23 Pro Launch Timeline Revealed
The report states that Vivo V23 Pro will launch in the first week of January 2022. It coincides with all rumours that said the device will launch on January 4. Instead, it reports that the device will launch at the end of the first week of January.
The report further reveals that the V23 Pro will be India’s slimmest 3D curve display smartphone with a thickness of 7.36mm upon launch. The V23 series will bring some major upgrades over the V21 series.
Vivo V23 Pro Leaked Specifications, Features
The Vivo V23 Pro will have a Changeable Fluorite Glass design which means that the device’s rear panel will change its colour when exposed to sunlight and UV light. It is expected to feature a Full HD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support. The Vivo V23 Pro is confirmed to be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 1200 SoC and will have 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It will run on Android 12 based FunTouch OS 12 out of the box. Vivo could add up to 5GB of virtual memory to the phone.
The device is tipped to sport a 64MP rear camera. We can expect the phone to feature an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro sensor. It will come with 55W fast charging support.
