Vivo is prepping up for the launch of the Vivo Y27 series smartphones such as the Vivo Y27 5G and the Vivo Y27 4G. Both these devices were spotted at NBTC certification recently. While we wait for the launch, we now have the specifications of the Vivo Y27 4G coming in courtesy of Ishan Agrawl in collaboration with 91Mobiles. Additionally, the 91Mobiles report also reveals the launch timeline of the handset for the Indian market.
Vivo Y27 4G Renders, Specifications, Launch Timeline Leaked
The leaked renders reveals that the Vivo Y27 4G will have a water-drop-shaped notch at the top of the display. Furthermore, the renders also disclose that the phone will have a dual-camera setup accompanied by a LED flash. The power and volume keys are on the right side of the device. Furthermore, the report by 91Mobiles also states that the power button will double up as a fingerprint reader.
Moving onto the specifications, the device is expected to feature a 6.64-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 600-nits peak brightness. Powering the smartphone under the hood there could be an octa-core Helio G85 SoC. The device is expected to debut in a single 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage configuration. Furthermore, the handset also might have 6GB Virtual RAM support. Software-wise, the handset is expected to boot Android 13 out of the box with Funtouch OS skin on top.
In terms of the optics department, the handset is expected to feature a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary lens. For selfies and video-calling purposes, the device might rely on an 8MP camera. Dimensions-wise, the phone could measure around 164×76.2x8mm and weigh 190 grams. Last but not least, the device is also expected to offer 44W fast charging support and an IP54 rating.
As far as the launch goes, the Vivo Y27 4G is expected to debut in India later this month. The smartphone could be available for purchase in Green, Burgundy, and Black colour options.
