Vivo X100s Acquires MIIT Certification in China; Could Debut Soon

Vivo is gearing up to launch the Vivo X100s series. The Vivo X100s was earlier spotted on the Google Play Console database. Now, the upcoming X-series handset has appeared on the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) certification database in China.

The MIIT site confirms the model number of the Vivo X100s, which is V2359A. The Vivo X100s was earlier spotted on the 3C certification website, which revealed support for 120W fast charging. The appearance of the upcoming handset on various certification websites hints towards its imminent launch in China.

The Vivo X100s is said to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. It will reportedly be a flat display panel with a 1.5K pixel resolution. The upcoming Vivo X100s was previously spotted on the Google Play Console database, which revealed that it will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor and a Mali G720 GPU. As per the listing, the handset will sport 16GB of RAM and will come pre-loaded with Android 14.

The upcoming Vivo X100s might be similar to the Vivo X100 with a different design language. The Vivo X100 series features a curved display panel. The Vivo X100s series is said to feature a flat display panel. The Vivo X100 will reportedly come in white, green, black, and titanium colours.

The company is also rumoured to launch the Vivo X100s Pro. The upcoming Vivo X100s Pro was recently spotted on the Google Play Console database with a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor and 16GB of RAM.
