Vivo X90 Series Specifications

The Vivo X90 will sit at the bottom of the premium smartphone lineup. It will launch as a successor to the Vivo X80 launched earlier this year. The X90 5G is said to get some major upgrades under the hood. For starters, the phone will feature the new Dimensity 9200 SoC under the hood. Vivo will launch the phone with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

The device is also said to sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 2800×1260-pixel resolution. There will be support for a 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate. On the back, the phone will sport a triple-camera setup with a Sony IMX866 main camera sensor. The 50MP primary camera sensor will be accompanied by a 12MP portrait sensor with 2x optical zoom and a 12MP ultrawide camera. For selfies, there will be a 32MP front camera sensor.

The X90 will pack a 4,810mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging out of the box. It will weigh about 195 grams and measure 164×74.4×8.8mm.

The X90 Pro 5G will sit between the other two flagship phones. It will have the same display and performance unit found in the vanilla X90 5G. The camera setup will be different though. While the main camera is the same as the X90 5G, the X90 Pro 5G will get a 50MP f/1.6 portrait sensor with 2x optical zoom and a 12MP f/2.0 ultrawide sensor. The portrait sensor could be the Sony IMX758, which Vivo teased recently.

For selfies, the X90 Pro 5G is likely to feature a 32MP front camera. The device is said to pack a slightly larger 4870mAh battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging support. It will weigh 215 grams with 164×74.5×9.3mm dimensions.

The X90 Pro+ 5G will sit at the top of the lineup. The USP of the X90 Pro+ 5G will be its quad-camera setup. The phone will feature a Sony IMX989 50MP main camera, which is a 1-inch sensor. The device will also feature a 50MP Sony IMX758 f/.6 portrait sensor, a 48MP Sony IMX598 ultrawide sensor and a 64MP OmniVision OV64B40 telephoto camera with an f/3.5 aperture.
