Vivo has finally launched the Vivo Y100 smartphone in the Indian market. The latest Y-series smartphone comes with a colour-changing back panel that changes its colour as ultraviolet light falls on it. The all-new Y-series smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor and packs 8GB of RAM. It offers a 90Hz AMOLED display panel with a waterdrop notch.

The latest Y-series smartphone packs a 4500mAh battery unit under the hood and it supports 44W fast charging. The smartphone offers a dual-rear camera setup including a 64MP primary camera. It features a 16MP front shooter that takes care of selfies. The smartphone also offers a fingerprint scanner and a Type-C charging port. The Vivo Y100 price in India is Rs 24,999 for the 8GB + 128GB configuration. As a launch offer, Vivo is offering a flat Rs 1000 instant discount with HDFC, ICICI, and SBI Credit and Debit Card transactions. The smartphone is now available for purchase via Flipkart and Vivo Store.

The latest Y-series smartphone flaunts a 6.38-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ (2400 × 1080 pixel) resolution, a 90hz refresh rate, and 1300nits peak brightness. The display panel is HDR10+ certified and makes room for the selfie shooter inside a waterdrop notch.

Powering the all-new Vivo Y100 is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor that comes coupled with a Mali G68 GPU. It comes paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The smartphone also supports 8GB extended RAM feature. It comes pre-loaded with FunTouchOS 13, based on Android 13.
