Vivo has unveiled a new entry-level phone in Cambodia, dubbed the Vivo Y1s. The Vivo Y1s has a 6.22-inch HD+ IPS LCD panel with a waterdrop notch display.

Vivo has been launching plenty of smartphones lately. The brand has now taken the wraps off its brand new entry-level smartphone, dubbed the Vivo Y1s. The Vivo Y1s flaunts a 6.22-inch panel, a MediaTek Helio P35 processor, and a single rear camera setup. Take a look at the price, full specifications, and features of the newly launched Vivo Y1s smartphone and find out what it has in store for us.

Vivo Y1s: Price

The Vivo Y1s is launched at an asking price of $109, which roughly translates to somewhere around INR 8100. At this price, the Vivo Y1s offers 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. There are two color variants to choose from – Aurora Blue and Olive Black.

Starting with the display of the device, the Vivo Y1s features a 6.22-inch HD+ IPS LCD panel with a dewdrop notch at the top. The notch accommodates a 5MP selfie snapper. At the back, the device has a single 13MP camera with an LED flash.

Powering the Vivo Y1s is an entry-level MediaTek Helio P35 processor, which is paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Although RAM appears to be fairly limited, internal storage has scope for further expansion with the help of an external SD card. A 4,030mAh battery keeps the lights of the Vivo Y1s on. The device does not have scope for fast charging, however, which can very well be expected given its budget nature. In the software department, the Vivo Y1s ships the latest Android 10 OS out of the box with Vivo’s in-house FunTouch OS skin baked on top of it.
