The Vivo Y22T will arrive as a successor to the Vivo Y21T.

The Chinese smartphone maker Vivo introduced the Vivo Y21T smartphone in India last year in January. The Vivo Y21T is a mid-range offering from Vivo which comes with a 6.58-inch Full HD+ display featuring Snapdragon 680 SoC, a 50MP triple-camera setup, and an 8MP selfie camera. Now, after the launch of the Vivo Y21T, it looks like Vivo is gearing up for the launch of the Vivo Y22T smartphone. The reason for this is that the Vivo Y22T has recently received the NBTC certification.
Vivo Y22T Receives NBTC Certification
The NBTC certification reveals the moniker of the device as Vivo Y22T. The certification also discloses the model number of the handset as V2313. Furthermore, the NBTC listing also confirms that the Vivo Y22T will be a 4G smartphone. Currently, the specification as well as the launch date of the device is yet to be revealed. We shall get to learn more information about the handset if it appears on more certification or benchmark listings in the coming few days.
Apart from the Vivo Y22T, Vivo is also gearing up for the launch of the Vivo Y77T smartphone. The Vivo Y77T was recently spotted at Google Play Console. The Google Play Console listing had revealed that the Vivo Y77T will come with Dimensity 7020 SoC and 12GB of RAM. The device is expected to boot Android 13 out of the box.
The Vivo Y22T will arrive as a successor to the Vivo Y21T. The latter was introduced first in Indonesia. The Vivo Y21T also made its debut in India with different specifications compared to the Y21T Indonesian variant. The Vivo Y21T India variant comes with a 6.5-inch display that has a Full HD+ resolution. The device also has a 90Hz refresh rate and a water-drop-shaped notch which accommodates the selfie camera. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 680 SoC. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
The device features a triple-camera setup. The camera module includes a 50MP primary camera and a pair of 2MP depth and macro camera units. On the front side, the device has an 8MP selfie camera. The other key specifications which the Vivo Y21T offer includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm audio jack, 4G VoLTE, a USB Type-C port, a 5,000mAh battery, and 18W fast charging. The device was introduced in India for Rs 16,499 in India. It also received a price cut in August, and it now retails for Rs 15,499.
