itel has expanded its home appliance portfolio in India with a new range of washing machines and smart TVs. The launch includes three washing machines with capacities ranging from 8kg to 10.5kg, alongside Android QLED, Google QLED and Google QD-Mini LED televisions.
The company is positioning affordability and after-sales support as the two key pillars of the expansion. Both product categories will be supported by Carlcare's network of more than 1,000 service centres across India.
itel Washing Machines and TVs: Price and Availability
The new itel washing machines are priced from Rs 9,999, while the television range starts at Rs 12,069. Both line-ups will be sold through retail stores across India.

itel has not revealed the individual prices of its new TV models. Online availability and model-wise sale dates have also not been announced yet.
itel Washing Machine Features and Specifications
The washing-machine line-up comprises the WM080SA, WM095SA and WM105SA. All three models feature a heavy-duty motor, an IPX4 water-resistance rating and a toughened full-glass top.
The entry-level WM080SA has an 8kg capacity and uses a six-wing pulsator. It gets a full-glass panel and a dedicated detergent box.
The WM095SA increases the capacity to 9.5kg and introduces a high-flow waterfall system. It also features a curved full-glass panel and a detergent box with spin fins. The top-end WM105SA offers a 10.5kg capacity and replaces the high-flow system with a tri-flow waterfall mechanism.
The larger capacities make the WM095SA and WM105SA better suited to families dealing with heavier weekly laundry loads, including bedsheets, towels and bulky garments. The more affordable WM080SA should be sufficient for smaller households, provided buyers do not regularly wash large loads together.
itel has not specified the wash programmes, energy ratings, motor warranty or overall product warranty for the three models. Buyers should confirm these details at the retail store before making a purchase.
itel TV Portfolio: Models and Key Features
The refreshed TV portfolio is divided into Android QLED, Google QLED and Google QD-Mini LED series. QLED display technology is being offered across the range, while Mini LED backlighting is reserved for the 55-inch and 65-inch flagship models.
Free Dish connectivity through DVB-S2 is one of the more practical additions across the portfolio. It allows compatible models to receive free-to-air satellite channels without requiring a separate set-top box, although a suitable dish antenna and installation will still be needed.
The televisions also offer screen casting and mirroring from compatible smartphones, tablets and PCs. HDMI ARC or eARC support allows users to connect compatible soundbars and audio systems using a single HDMI cable.

Android QLED Series
The Android QLED series includes the A32QHX, A43QFX, A43QUX and A50QUX.
The A32QHX offers an HD-resolution IPS panel, while the A43QFX uses a Full HD IPS display. Both models feature 48W box speakers with tweeters and support Free Dish connectivity. However, Bluetooth is not available on these two variants.
The A43QUX and A50QUX move to 4K UHD IPS panels capable of displaying 1.07 billion colours. These models add HDR10, Dolby Audio, Bluetooth connectivity and a smart remote. Audio output is rated at 30W.
Google QLED Series
The Google QLED range comprises the G32AQHX, G43AQFX and G50AQUX. All three run Google TV and provide access to applications through the Google Play Store, along with voice search and smart-home controls.
The 32-inch G32AQHX has an HD IPS panel, while the 43-inch G43AQFX uses a Full HD IPS display. Both models feature 30W speakers with Dolby Audio.
The G50AQUX is the most capable model in this series. It gets a 50-inch 4K VA panel with Dolby Vision and HDR10 support, accompanied by 30W speakers with Dolby Atmos. MEMC is included for smoother motion, while VRR support of up to 120Hz in Game Mode could make it more suitable for console gaming. Buyers should note that the stated 120Hz figure applies specifically to the supported gaming mode and should not automatically be read as confirmation of a native 120Hz panel.
Google QD-Mini LED Series
The G55QDUX and G65QDUX sit at the top of the new itel TV portfolio. Available in 55-inch and 65-inch sizes, respectively, both use 4K IPS panels with Mini LED backlighting.
Mini LED technology uses a larger number of smaller LEDs behind the display, allowing more precise brightness control than a conventional LED-backlit panel. Actual contrast, blooming control and HDR performance will, however, depend on factors such as the number of dimming zones and peak brightness, which itel has not disclosed.
The two TVs support Dolby Vision, HDR10, HLG and MEMC. Audio is handled by 40W box speakers with Dolby Atmos. Other features include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a smart remote, Free Dish connectivity and Google Play Store access.
What the Launch Means for itel
itel has traditionally competed through affordable smartphones, feature phones and entry-level electronics. Moving further into televisions and washing machines gives the company an opportunity to reach the same value-conscious households across more product categories.
The QD-Mini LED models represent a particularly important step because itel will now compete in a segment that already includes value-focused offerings from Xiaomi, TCL, Hisense and other television brands. Display technology alone may not be enough to differentiate these TVs, especially as Mini LED and QLED options become more accessible across price bands.
Model-wise pricing, panel performance and software responsiveness will ultimately decide how competitive the new TVs are. The network of over 1,000 Carlcare service centres could nevertheless become a meaningful advantage, provided buyers have access to an authorised centre in their city.

MSP Buying Advice
The WM080SA is the most accessible washing machine in the new range and should appeal to buyers who primarily want capacity and basic functionality under Rs 10,000. Larger households can consider the WM095SA or WM105SA, although the small price difference between the two makes the 10.5kg WM105SA appear more attractive on paper.
Among the TVs, the 50-inch G50AQUX looks like the most feature-complete mainstream option because it combines Google TV, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, MEMC and gaming-focused VRR support. The QD-Mini LED models are potentially more interesting for movie viewing, but a recommendation will depend heavily on their final prices, brightness levels and local-dimming performance.
