The wait for the next official WWE video game is over as WWE 2K24 has been announced officially. The next iteration of the wrestling simulator game is set to debut in the coming months. Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of the 2K, has revealed WWE 2K24 details like cover superstars, new features, modes, release date, and pre-order benefits. WWE 2K24 Editions and Cover Superstars
WWE 2K24 primarily has three editions: Standard, Deluxe, and Forty Years of WrestleMania. The Standard edition features Cody Rhodes as the cover superstar. You will find female superstars Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley on the cover of the Deluxe edition.
The Forty Years of WrestleMania edition cover features a collage of various past and present WWE superstars. These include Andre The Giant, Steve Austin Stone Cold, Hulk Hogan, Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker, The Rock, Triple H, John Cena, Shawn Michaels, Becky Lynch, Roman Reigns, Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, and Bret Hart.
WWE 2K24 Release Date and Pre-Order Benefits
WWE 2K24 is officially set to release on March 8, 2024. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, and PC (via Steam). Deluxe and Forty Years of WrestleMania editions will offer three-day early access from March 5.

WWE 2K24: What’s New?
WWE 2K24 comes with four new match types: Special Guest Referee, Ambulance Match, Casket Match, and Gauntlet Match. The Backstage Brawl has been improved with 4-player support and new interactive elements like a working elevator, breakable control room glass, and a vending machine with throwable sodas.
The game now supports up to 8 online players in the 30-superstar online Royal Rumble match. The team has brought back many other match types from previous releases like WarGames, Extreme Rules, TLC, Submission, and Hell in a Cell.
WWE 2K24 Showcase mode is referred to as the Showcase of the Immortals. It is because Showcase mode focuses on the 40 years of WrestleMania. It will let players relive various iconic WrestleMania moments and matches. The mode will feature superstars from past and present eras. Other changes include improvements to the roster and modes like MyGM, MyFACTION, and MyRISE.
