Honor X7A

Honor's latest X-series smartphone, the Honor X7A is equipped with a 6.7-inch display. The device makes use of an IPS LCD panel and it has a HD+ resolution. The larger 20:9 aspect ratio display panel has thin bezels across the display and a water-drop-shaped notch which houses the selfie camera. The power and volume keys are located on the right side of the device. As for the security purpose, the Honor X7A features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor which is embedded in a power button. Additionally, the phone also has a face unlock support that works through the selfie camera. On the software front, the X7A runs Android 12 OS out of the box with Magic UI 6.1 interface on top.

Under the hood, the Honor X7A is powered by MediaTek's octa-core Helio G37 processor. The 12nm Helio G37 SoC is accompanied by a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The smartphone ships with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Thanks to microSD card support, the storage on the device can be expanded up to 256GB. On the back of the device, there is a quad-camera setup. The rear of the device consists of a 50MP main camera, 5MP wide-angle lens, and a pair of 2MP depth and macro camera units. The primary 50MP sensor has a f/1.8 aperture while the 2MP sensors have an aperture of f/2.4. For selfies and video-calling purpose, the smartphone features an 8MP camera that has a f/2.0 aperture. Both the rear and front-facing camera supports Full HD+ 1080p video recording.

The device is backed by a 6,000mAh battery which supports 22.5W fast charging via a USB Type-C port. In terms of connectivity, the handset offers features such as dual-SIM card slot, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, OTG support, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
