The camera also has dual LED flash for low light conditions. Both cameras feature Optical Image Stabilization or OIS that corrects shaky images. The
front camera also has a f/1.8 aperture with screen flash for well-lit self-portraits, along with a wide-angle lens to capture expansive backgrounds. The phone scores a high 88 on the DxOMark - a benchmark used to measure mobile camera and sensor quality. The camera’s autofocus zeroes in on the subject in 0.6 seconds allowing users to capture images faster, without slowing down when used in modes. Users also have options to extensively edit images. The camera is also capable of recording videos in 2160p at 30fps, 1080p or Full HD at 60fps, and 720p or HD at 120fps, while the phone can play 4K videos with stereo sound. The phone features HTC’s Boomsound Hi-Fi speakers for improved audio. HTC has vested the phone with a personal audio profile system that tunes the inbox earphones to adjust sound to the listener’s liking.
