Amazfit has launched a new smartwatch – the Amazfit Active Edge in India. Amazfit’s latest smartwatch is a rugged watch aimed at sports and fitness enthusiasts. The smartwatch supports GPS tracking, and Zepp coach AI assistant, among other things. Here are the details.

The Amazfit Active Edge price in India is Rs 12,999. It will be available for purchase exclusively via Amazon, Amazfit Store, and offline retail stores starting February 27.

The Amazfit Active Edge flaunts a 1.32-inch circular TFT LCD screen with 360 × 360p resolution, tempered glass, and anti-fingerprint coating. The smartwatch comes pre-loaded with 100+ watch faces and supports portrait watch faces as well. It features 10ATM water resistance.
The Amazfit Active Edge sports a 370mAh battery, which promises 16 days of battery life with typical usage. The company says that the smartwatch can last up to 24 days in battery-saving mode and up to 10 days with heavy usage. It retails in Mint Green, Lava Black, and Midnight Pulse colour options.
The Amazfit Active Edge offers 24-hour continuous heart rate monitoring, SpO2 monitoring, and stress monitoring in addition to regular steps, activity, and sleep tracking. It packs a PPG biometric sensor, an accelerometer sensor, a 3-axis motion sensor, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and QZSS.
The Amazfit Active Edge supports Bluetooth 5.0 and is compatible with Android 7.0 (and above) and iOS 14.0 (and above). It comes pre-loaded with ZeppOS 2.0. Additionally, the smartwatch supports features such as Zepp Coach, smart trajectory correction, race achievement predictions and more. Similar to other smartwatches, it also supports camera control, music control, sedentary reminders, app notifications, an alarm clock, a calendar, and more utility features.
