The movie itself is an adaptation of CS Chellappa’s eponymous novel, with the story revolving around the story of a sexual assault survivor. Such a sensitive topic has seldom been tackled on screen, and this movie looks like a good watch.

Anel Meley Pani Thuli Storyline
The storyline in this sensitive movie is about a sexual assault survivor. She decides to fight for justice, to bring to book those who have wronged her. Just as in real society, the character has to fight back in the face of societal pressure to drop the matter and carry on as if nothing has happened. Everything about Mathi, her personal life, dressing sense and life choices are dragged under the scanner of the public eye, but Mathi, far from giving up, decides to fight back with determination.
