Beats Solo 4 Live Images With USB Type-C Port Reveal Design, Colour Option Ahead of Rumoured Launch in May

Apple appears to be prepping up to launch the Beats Solo 4 headphones. Recently, the upcoming Beats Solo 4 was spotted on IMDA and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standard) certifications. Now, we have exclusively obtained the live images of the upcoming Beats Solo 4, courtesy of a reputed tipster.

The Apple Beats Solo 4 live images reveal the headphones in a black colour option. The live images reveal that the headphones will feature a USB Type-C charging port which is an upgrade compared to its predecessor. To those unaware, Beats Solo 3 made its debut almost 8 years ago (in 2016) and made use of a microUSB charging port.

The leaked live images suggest that the Beats Solo 4 retail package might include USB Type-C to Type-C cable and a 3.5mm to 3.5mm aux cable. The Beats Solo 4 will feature a 3.5mm jack which will reside on the left side. Whereas, USB Type-C charging port will reside on the right side. In terms of design, the upcoming Beats Solo 4 appear to be similar to its predecessor.

Apple Beats Solo 4: What We Know

The Apple Beats Solo 4 will reportedly feature custom-built 40mm drivers. It is also said to feature support for spatial audio with dynamic head tracking. The upcoming Beats headphones are tipped to offer up to 50 hours of music play back on a single charge, which is 25% more compared to its predecessor.

The Apple Beats Solo 4 will reportedly also feature support for fast charging and might provide up to 5 hours of wireless playback with just 10 minutes of charging. It is said to weight 217 grams and will retain the foldable design, similar to its predecessor. The Beats Solo 4 will reportedly carry same price at its predecessor, that is $199.99 (approx Rs 16,700).
