Milagrow has announced the launch of the iMap G5 ULTRA robotic vacuum cleaner in India. The company's latest home-cleaning robot combines 22,000Pa suction power, autonomous wet and dry cleaning, laser-based navigation and a self-emptying dock. Designed for large homes, it can reportedly clean areas of up to 5,000 sq. ft. on a single charge and is assembled in India.
Milagrow iMap G5 ULTRA Specifications And Features
The iMap G5 ULTRA is powered by a brushless motor that delivers up to 22,000Pa of suction, allowing it to pick up fine dust, crumbs, pet hair and debris from hard floors and carpets. Its floating main brush is designed to maintain contact with uneven surfaces, while iBoost technology automatically detects carpets and increases suction for deeper cleaning.
The robot packs a 6,400mAh EV-grade battery that is claimed to provide up to 300 minutes of continuous cleaning. Milagrow says it can cover up to 5,000 sq. ft. on a single charge, making it suitable for larger homes with multiple rooms. For navigation, the iMap G5 ULTRA uses RT²R 4.0 line-laser navigation, LDS LiDAR and SLAM technology. It can scan a home in 360 degrees, create maps, identify obstacles and plan cleaning routes. The robot supports multiple floor maps and provides real-time cleaning updates through its mobile app. Users can also set up unlimited virtual walls and restricted zones to control where the vacuum can clean.
The iMap G5 ULTRA supports both wet and dry floor cleaning. Its electronically controlled water tank regulates water flow for mopping, while anti-slip wheels help it move between rooms and across different floor levels. Milagrow says it is designed to clean surfaces such as marble, tiles, hardwood, linoleum and glass-finish floors, alongside carpets. The robot also comes with a self-emptying dock that automatically transfers collected debris into a 3.5-litre sealed disposable dust bag after each cleaning cycle. The company claims the bag can hold dust for up to 90 days, reducing the need for frequent manual emptying. Milagrow has equipped the iMap G5 ULTRA with 32 smart sensors for navigation and safety. These include cliff detection, obstacle sensors, a gyroscope, an accelerometer and dirt detection. Its anti-fall system is designed to detect steps higher than 10cm, while the anti-collision system helps it navigate around furniture and other obstacles.
The robot also features a HEPA filter designed to capture fine dust, allergens and airborne pollutants during cleaning. It supports English, German, Russian and Indian languages including Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and Bangla.
Milagrow iMap G5 ULTRA Price in India and Availability
The Milagrow iMap G5 ULTRA is available in India at an introductory price of Rs 39,990. It can be purchased through Milagrow's official website, Amazon India and Vijay Sales. The robot comes with a one-year warranty, along with a two-year warranty on the suction motor.
The iMap G5 ULTRA brings together features aimed at reducing the amount of manual work involved in everyday floor cleaning. Its 22,000Pa suction, long claimed runtime and 3.5-litre self-emptying dock are particularly relevant for larger homes, while laser navigation and multi-floor mapping add flexibility. At its introductory price of Rs 39,990, the robot's appeal will depend on how consistently it handles different floor types and obstacles in real-world use. The claimed 90-day dust disposal and 5,000 sq. ft. coverage are notable on paper, but practical performance and maintenance requirements will be important factors for buyers to consider.
