ASUS has announced the launch of the ASUS Zenfone 11 Ultra smartphone for global markets. The Taiwanese brand will launch the Zenfone 11 Ultra smartphone in a virtual event on March 14. Today, we have spotted the upcoming smartphone in the Wireless Power Consortium certification.

ASUS Zenfone 11 Ultra Wireless Power Consortium Certification

The forthcoming ASUS smartphone has received wireless power consortium certification with the AI2401_H model number. The wireless power consortium certification reveals the frontal design of the device.

ASUS will equip the smartphone with a centred punch hole cutout and a flat display with minimal bezels on all four sides. The power button and volume rockers will be placed on the right side of the device.

The certification also adds that ASUS will equip the smartphone with support for a max power load of 12W wirelessly. However, the certification might mean that it could be the minimum load.

The device will likely support 15W wireless tech similar to its predecessor, the Zenfone 10, or the recently launched ROG Phone 8 series smartphones. The TUV certification confirmed that the Zenfone 11 Ultra and ROG Phone 8 series smartphones share an identical AI2401_xxxx model number.

The xxxx denotes the multiple devices that will be launching from the brand, which can be either 0 to 4 or A to Z. The certification confirms that the forthcoming device will support 65W wired fast charging tech.

ASUS has confirmed that the upcoming smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. The Geekbench listing obtained by the device divulges that ASUS will pair the chipset with up to 16GB of RAM. The smartphone will run on Android 14 out of the box on top of ASUS’s custom skin.

Tipster Evan Blass recently shared the renders of the smartphone, confirming that the device will debut in Eternal Black, Skyline Blue, Misty Gray, Verdure Green, and Desert Sienna shades.

A leaked document on Reddit reveals that ASUS will equip the Ultra smartphone with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 144Hz LTPO refresh rate. The triple rear camera of the device will consist of a 50MP primary lens, a 13MP ultrawide lens, and a 32MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
