It is a flagship home cinema projector from the company and is loaded with high-end features, including, 4K support and numerous media features to enhance your viewing experience. The BenQ W8500 4K home cinema projector is priced at Rs 6,50,000 in India. It will be available across the country through select Home AV System Integrators.

The BenQ W5800 projector aims to deliver the ultimate home cinema experience. It supports 4K UHD resolution, HDR10+, and a 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut. It has a laser light source with 2,600 ANSI lumens brightness. The company is claiming a life span of up to 25,000 hours for the source.
The projector is capable of offering 1,700 ANSI lumens brightness in 100% DCI-P3 coverage in Cinema mode. It combines the company’s HDR-PRO technology with colour temperature tuning, Dynamic Black Technology, and Delta E <1 calibration for a “perfect balance” between dark and bright scenes.
It comes with adjustment tools like a 1.6x motorised zoom lens, 2D lens shift, and Corner Fit for a convenient installation. It further supports ARC/eARC for connectivity with external audio devices. There are connectivity options like dual HDMI 2.0b, two USB-Type A, SPDIF, and eARC for 7.1 channel and Dolby Atmos audio pass-through.
The BenQ W5800 home cinema projector can also project a screen of up to 200 inches and 4K resolution. It boasts Filmmaker Mode that supports playback at 24fps to help you enjoy the movies as intended. Its low-noise multi-channel cooling system can reduce environmental noise to a quiet range of 27 dB to 30 dB.
