If you want to buy a pair of budget TWS earbuds, Boult has unveiled the Boult Z60 as its newest offering in the segment. These earbuds boast long battery life and claim to deliver low latency for mobile gamers. It also comes with features like electronic noise cancellation and Zen Mode. There are plenty of colour options to choose from. This is the latest release from the company after it unveiled the Boult Crown smartwatch last month.
Boult Z60 Price and Availability
Boult has priced the Boult Z60 TWS earbuds at Rs 1,499 but are currently available at a launch price of Rs 999. This discounted pricing is applicable only for a limited period of time but the exact duration has not been specified yet. These will be available for purchase via Amazon India and Boult’s official website.
These earbuds can be purchased in Spring Green, Power Blue, Flamingo Pink, and Raven Black colours.
Boult Z60 Features and Specifications
Boult seems to be targeting bass audio lovers with the Boult Z60. This is the reason these are packed with 13mm BoomX audio drivers. The company claims it will help the TWS earbuds deliver deep and rich bass. Users will also get SBC AAC audio codec support.
The earbuds come with Quad Mic Electronic Noise Cancellation (ENC) and Zen Mode. Both these features are aimed at offering an audio listening experience where the user does not have to worry about external sounds. For those who love to play mobile games using TWS earbuds, the company is claiming latency as low as 50ms.
The aforementioned low latency is accessible through the Combat Gaming Mode. This can be triggered by tapping four times on the earbud which is a convenient way to enable the mode. The earbuds come with Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity for fast and reliable pairing. There is support for Google Assistant and Apple’s Siri which can be activated by a long press.
The Boult Z60 supports various other gestures for quick control. These are related to play/pause music, next/previous track, volume up/down, and receiving phone calls. These are IPX5 rated which makes these earbuds water resistant. These are essentially rainproof, splashproof, and sweatproof.
Boult is claiming a battery life of up to 8 hours on a single charge and up to 60 hours including the charging case. There is Lightning Boult fast charging support which can deliver 150 minutes of playtime with just 10 minutes of charging. The charging case has a USB Type-C port which makes it compatible with any USB Type-C cable you may already have.
