Exynos 1080 AnTuTu score leaked; beats Snapdragon 865+, and A14 Bionic

Samsung is gearing up to launch its latest in-house chipset called the Exynos 1080 which is going to be the successor of the Exynos 980 processor. Today the flagship chipset has been listed on AnTuTu listing. The listing has disclosed the CPU and GPU score of the processor and according to previous leaks, the Exynos 1080 is going to be the company’s top chipset. Let’s have a closer look at the AnTuTu listing.

Exynos 1080 AnTuTu

According to the AnTuTu listing, the Samsung Exynos 1080 manages to score a total of 6,93,600. The CPU and GPU score of the process is 1,81,099 and 2,97,676 respectively. The listing also revealed that the processor is tested on a mysterious smartphone with codename ORION. The smartphone is backed by an 8GB RAM and 512GB storage smartphone that runs on Android 11 operating system.

It also comes with a 2376×1080 resolution screen. The Exynos 1080 is clubbed with Mali-G78 GPU and the chip has 4x Cortex-A78 and 4x Cortex-A55 clocked at 3GHz. Besides, the listing didn’t reveal anything about the upcoming Samsung processor.

The report suggests that Exynos 1080 will use 5nm LPE process similar to Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 chipset and it’s the first 5nm chipset from the band. Last week it was speculated that the Exynos 1080 AnTuTu scored more the 6,50,000 and beating the fastest Qualcomm’s processor, Snapdragon 865+. The official AnTuTu listing has backed the previous rumours and confirmed that the Exynos 1080 surpassed the strongest Snapdragon 865 Plus SoC, the Snapdragon 865 and A14 Bionic as well.

According to a popular tipster Ice Universe, the Vivo X60 might be the first smartphone to pack the Exynos 1080 SoC. Vivo X60 is going to be the successor to the Vivo X50 series, still, there is no information when the company is planning to launch the smartphone with the latest chipset.
