ZEE5 has announced that it will be releasing the Sunny Deol starrer Gadar 2 on its platform on October 6. Viewers will need to subscribe or upgrade their subscription to the streaming giant to watch Tara Singh breaking the bones of the Pakistanis.

Gadar 2 Official Trailer and Plot
In the film, Sunny Deol plays Tara Singh, who lives contentedly in Punjab with Sakina and Jeete and serves as a reliable supplier to the Indian Army. An army official asks Tara for assistance in supplying weapons to Indian forces as a battle breaks out with Pakistan.
Hamid Iqbal, the Army General of Pakistan, who was Tara’s previous adversary, spots him at the border and orders an explosion to arrest him. The latter goes missing, and his son Jeete travels to Pakistan to look for him. When Pakistani soldiers kidnap Jeete, Tara emerges to save his son.
Gadar 2 Cast and Crew
Sunny Deol reprises his role as Tara Singh in Gadar 2, and Ameesha Patel plays Sakina, Tara Singh’s wife. In his role as Charanjeet or Jeete, Tara and Sakina’s son, Utkarsh Sharma also makes a return. Anil Sharma, who directed Gadar 2, is the father of Utkarsh. Gadar 2 also features Luv Sinha, son of Shatrughan Sinha, as Farid. Famous songs from the original Gadar have also been remade by composer Mithoon in addition to the cast reprising their roles.

After its August release, Gadar 2, the follow-up to the 2001 film Gadar with Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel, was a huge box office triumph. The film earned more than 500 crores at the box office, making it the third-highest-grossing film of the year.
