Hisense has launched a new series of full array QLED TVs in India, which are being offered in 4K and 8K resolutions, in three different screen sizes. The new range of TVs all support full array local dimming, which gives more uniform backlighting to a TV, alongside better, localised brightness and contrast control. On paper, this technology should lead to more dynamic images on the screen — especially in movies and scenes where the lighting is of sharp contrast.
