Update: The Honor Band 4 sale in India begins December 18 on Amazon. The fitness band from Honor is priced at Rs.2,599.

Huawei‘s sub-brand Honor recently launched its next-gen Honor Band 4 along with the budget-centric Honor 8C in the Indian market. The smartphone maker previously went on to Twitter to announce that the fitness tracker is indeed an Amazon exclusive product. Unfortunately, the brand didn’t reveal any information regarding pricing and availability. We somehow managed to get our hands on the availability details of the Honor Band 4.

Honor Band 4 to go on Sale in India from December 24

We now have the availability details of the recently launched Honor Band 4. When asked about the availability of the fitness band, Amazon customer support revealed us the first sale date of the product. According to customer support, Honor Band 4 will go on sale starting from December 24 in the Indian market. As mentioned earlier, it is an Amazon exclusive product meaning you will not be able to purchase it from any other retailer or e-commerce website. Although Honor might sell the fitness band on its own website HiHonor.in. It is worth noting that the brand still hasn’t revealed the availability details officially.

We still don’t have any update on the product pricing details. The support did mention that the price will be revealed on the day of the sale. There’s a high chance that Honor might announce the Band 4 pricing a few days before the scheduled sale. If you’re planning to buy the Honor Band 4 and don’t want to miss the first sale, then you can head over to the product page and hit that notify button for updates. We’re speculating the band to come with an aggressive price tag of INR 2,000. With this price tag, the band will directly compete with the Xiaomi’s popular Mi Band 3. Both the fitness tracker shares somewhat similar specifications.

Coming to the specifications, the Honor Band 4 boasts a 0.95-inch AMOLED colour touchscreen display with 2.5D curved glass. The display on the front is even resistant to scratches. If you’re not aware, the previous generations of Honor fitness bands are equipped with a monochrome display. When it comes to design, Honor Band 4 shares similar ideology to the last-gen Honor Band 3. The product measures 43 x 17.2 x 11.5mm and weighs 23g making it quite comfortable to wear. The fitness band can track various physical activities like swimming, outdoor running, free training, indoor cycling and many more. Like any other fitness trackers, you can also receive your device’s notifications on the screen. For connectivity, Honor Band 4 supports both NFC as well as Bluetooth v4.2. The wearable packs decent 100mAh battery which can last you for 6 days on a single charge.

Honor is touting two smart features which go by the name TruSeen 3.0 and TruSleep monitoring. The TruSeen 3.0 is a real-time hear monitoring technology which lets you measure heart rate continuously during activities like walking, running and cycling. The TruSleep, as the name suggests, tracks your sleep patterns and also identifies various sleeping issues like Insomnia. On top of this, it also gives you simple bits of bits of advice to improve your quality of sleep. The fitness tracker is also water resistant to up to 50 meters. The smart band can also recognize swim strokes, record swimming speed, distance and average SWOLF. The Honor Band 4 comes in three different color options: Blue, Black and Pink.
