HONOR has revealed the specifications of the Choice Watch, which will launch in India on February 15. From the looks of it, the smartwatch appears to be a rebranded version of the HONOR CHOICE Haylou, which was launched in China in December 2023. The company has confirmed that the Choice Watch will come with a thin AMOLED display panel, 5ATM water resistance, and more.

HONOR CHOICE Watch Key Features Confirmed

The HONOR Choice Watch will feature an ultra-thin 1.95-inch AMOLED display with 410 x 502 screen resolution and 332 ppi ‘retina-level’ pixel density. The screen will offer an impressive 75% screen-to-body ratio and will support 8 pre-installed as well as 21 dynamic “Always-on display” watch faces for customising the experience.

The company CEO Madhav Sheth has also posted images of the HONOR Choice Watch on his X handle showcasing the design of the watch, which seems familiar to Haylou. We can see a squarish smartwatch with a physical crown, metal frame, and white silicon strap. We can also expect the brand to bring the second black colour option to India. HONOR has also confirmed that the Choice Watch will feature 5ATM water resistance, which makes it suitable for swimming, surfing, and other water-based activities or elements.

According to the official letter from the brand, the smartwatch comes with a built-in GNSS satellite positioning chip. The smartwatch supports five major global satellite positioning systems – GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, and QZSS.

The brand has confirmed that the HONOR Choice Watch will feature a 300mAh battery with magnetic charging. The brand claims that the smartwatch can offer 12 days of usage with continuous sleep monitoring, on a full charge. Apart from these, HONOR has also confirmed that the Choice Watch will come with Bluetooth calling support, one-click SOS calling, Bluetooth 5.3, a sedentary alarm, deep breathing exercises, hydration alerts, menstrual cycle tracking, and more.

Additionally, the HONOR Choice Watch uses the HONOR Health app to sync health data with a smartphone. The app not only helps the wearable connect to a phone but also offers bespoke workout plans to users. There’s support for SpO2 and heart rate monitoring and an all-day stress monitoring to evaluate stress levels based on heart rate monitoring. The watch also comes with more than 100 workout modes, including all sorts of sports and workout activities.

While almost everything has been out, we still lack details on the Choice Watch’s price and availability and it would be best to wait until February 15 for that. The event will also see the HONOR X9b and the Choice X5 earbuds, so stay tuned to get information on all this.
