Honor had launched the first X10 series smartphone — the X10 — last month. Since its launch, there have been rumors that the brand will launch two more smartphones in the X10 series, the Honor X10 Pro and the Honor X10 Max. While there is still no confirmation about the Honor X10 Pro, the brand has just confirmed through a post on Weibo that the Honor X10 Max is coming. Honor has also announced the launch date of the smartphone in the post. That is not all, the Honor X10 Max has been listed on JD.com and a Weibo account that goes by Digital Chat Station has revealed key specs of the smartphone. Let us dive deeper into the details.
Honor X10 Max 5G is launching on 2nd July in China, reveals brand
Honor has announced on Weibo that it will be launching the Honor X10 Mac in China on 2nd July. The brand reveals in the post that the Honor X10 Mac will have a large screen and 5G connectivity. It also says that the Max is returning after two years, confirming that the X10 Max is a direct successor to the Honor 8X Max.
More importantly, the post is accompanied by a teaser image of the Honor X10 Max, which gives us a few details about the smartphone. The poster image reveals that the Honor X10 Max will have a display with a U-shaped notch. There seems to be a speaker grill at the top, in addition to the earpiece above the display. Last but not the least, the phone in the teaser image has a blue color, suggesting that it will be one of the color options on offer.
Honor X10 Max 5G specifications leaked
Coming to the spec sheet of the Honor X10 Max that Digital Chat Station has leaked, it reveals that the smartphone will have a massive, 7.09-inch screen with Full HD+ (2280 x 1080) resolution. According to the spec sheet, the phone will have an 8MP camera at the front and a 48MP camera at the rear. It reveals that the Honor X10 Max will be powered by the MT6873 (Dimensity 800) chipset and that it will come loaded with Android 10 OS with Magic UI 3.1.1 on top. The leaked spec sheet also mentions that the Honor X10 Max will have a 5000mAh battery and that it will support 22.5W charging.
