Popular audio chat room platform Clubhouse has recently announced the arrival of the app for Android devices. The company confirmed that the iOS-only application is under development and soon it will be launched for Android devices. Today in the latest development, Clubhouse shared a post on its official Twitter handle announcing that the Clubhouse beta version for Android is available for download in the United States and it will widely roll out the beta version to other international markets in the upcoming days. However, the company didn’t mention much about the availability of the Android beta rollout in the international market. If you’re in the United States then you can download the app by heading to the Google Play store. Meanwhile, the app is available for pre-registration in India.

“Today, we are thrilled to share that Clubhouse for Android will start rolling out in beta immediately. We will begin gradually, with the U.S. today, followed by other English-speaking countries and then the rest of the world. Our plan over the next few weeks is to collect feedback from the community, fix any issues we see and work to add a few final features like payments and club creation before rolling it out more broadly,” reads the blog post.
Do note that the company has mentioned that the app is still invite-only and no one can join the chatroom or create one until an existing user sends an invite to them. According to the company, the app is available for download in the United States, but you can download it even if you are in India.
