Infinix reveals that the upcoming Hot 40i will sport 256GB UFS 2.2 storage and 16GB of RAM (including 8GB virtual RAM). The handset will also have a dedicated microSD card slot, which will accept up to 2TB microSD card.
Infinix Hot 40i micro-site reveals that the handset will offer a dual-rear camera setup with an LED flash. The camera module design on the upcoming Infinix smartphone seems to be similar to the Hot 30i (except for some tweaks) and also like the iPhone Pro models. More details will be revealed on February 14.
Recently, a report revealed that the Infinix Hot 40i will launch in a single configuration, that is 8GB + 256GB and will be priced under Rs 8,000 in the Indian market. It is said to be the first handset in the segment to feature a 32MP selfie camera. The Hot series smartphone might offer a 90Hz display with a centred punch-hole notch.
To recall, the Infinix Hot 40i made its global debut back in November 2023 in Saudi Arabia. The handset is powered by a UniSoC T606 chipset and a 5,000mAh battery unit. It flaunts a 6.56-inch LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and an HD+ resolution. Talking about the optics, the handset packs a 50MP rear camera and a 32MP selfie camera. It supports 18W fast charging and has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
