Infinix is set to launch its latest budget laptop in India. The Infinix INBOOK Y2 Plus has already debuted in markets like Bangladesh globally. The company said in a press release that the INBOOK Y2 Plus will be priced under Rs 30,000, making it an affordable laptop option.
The laptop is said to sport a thin and lightweight brushed metal body design. The INBOOK Y2 Plus comes with a sturdy build. In terms of display, it will reportedly sport ultra-narrow bezels. More features include a backlit keyboard.
Infinix INBOOK Y2 Plus India Price (Expected)
Unfortunately, a launch date for the Indian market is unclear at this point. In Bangladesh, the laptop variant with Intel Core i5 11th Gen processor, 8GB RAM, and 512GB SSD is listed on an e-commerce site in the country for a price of 56,990 BDT (approximately Rs 43,000).
We will need to wait for an official launch to know the India price. Meanwhile, the laptop has been confirmed to launch in the country in three colour variants – silver, grey, and blue.
Infinix INBOOK Y2 Plus Specifications (Expected)
Infinix INBOOK Y2 Plus’ Bangladesh listing has given us a sneak peek into its specifications. However, it is important to note that the company could launch another variant with slightly different specifications in India.
The Infinix INBOOK Y2 Plus gets a 15.6-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The laptop features an FHD camera with Dual-Star light for video calls.
Infinix INBOOK Y2 is powered by an 11th-gen Intel Core i5 processor coupled with 8GB RAM and 512GB storage. It runs Windows 12 Home OS. The device comes with a backlit chiclet keyboard and a multi-touch touchpad.
It features two 2W speakers and a USB Type-C port for charging. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi – IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac,160MHz 2.4GHz and 5GHz, Bluetooth v5.1, one USB-C port, USB 3.0 ports, HDMI 1.4, an SD card slot, a 13.5mm headset jack and microphone jack.
