The iQOO 12 smartphone series was made official in China earlier this month. The lineup includes the iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro. The company has already confirmed that the iQOO 12 will arrive in the Indian market as well. IQOO CEO Nipun Marya previously shared a poster image confirming the iQOO 12 will launch in the country on December 12.
Ahead of its official debut, a microsite for the iQOO 12 smartphone has been made live on the e-commerce site Amazon. The page reveals the back cover of the smartphone, which sports a design inspired by BMW Motorsport. The specifications of the iQOO 12 are already known given the smartphone has already been launched in China, though we will need to wait for an official announcement to know its price.
IQOO 12 Microsite Goes Live On Amazon India
The iQOO 12 will launch in India on December 12 and it will be exclusive to Amazon. The microsite does not reveal much, except the launch date and that it will be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Those who wish to be notified when the smartphone launches can click on the ‘Notify Me’ tab.
In terms of pricing, the smartphone is available starting at CNY 3,999 (approximately Rs 46,400) in China for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The 16GB+512GB storage variant is priced at CNY 4,299 (approximately Rs 49,900), while the most expensive 16GB + 1TB version costs CNY 4,699 (approximately Rs 54,600) respectively.
The smartphone is available in three colour options in China including Black, White, and Red.
The iQOO 12 will be a successor to the iQOO 11, which made its debut in India earlier this year. The smartphone was launched at a price of Rs 59,999. As of now, it is unclear which storage configurations and colour options will be available in India. The pricing is expected to be similar to that in the Chinese market, though we will know more when the smartphone officially launches in India.

The iQOO 12 will likely be the first smartphone with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 to arrive in India. Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is Qualcomm’s flagship SoC for 2023 and it was unveiled at an event in October. Apart from this, the key features of iQOO 12 include an AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz, and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, and support for HDR10 as well.
