iQOO has launched a new premium smartphone in India. The Vivo sub-brand has expanded its Neo series in India with the launch of the Neo 7 Pro 5G. The device sits above the iQOO Neo 7 5G, which was launched earlier this year. Compared to its younger sibling, the Neo 7 Pro gets a more powerful processor and a triple-camera setup. iQOO has also retained some of the premium features found in the Neo 7 5G. The iQOO Neo 7 Pro 5G gets a smooth 120Hz AMOLED display, a beefy battery and support for Flash Charge technology out of the box.

iQOO Neo 7 Pro 5G: Price in India and Specifications
The iQOO Neo 7 Pro 5G has been launched in India with two storage options. The base model has been priced at Rs 34,999 and comes with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage. There is also a 12GB RAM option with 256GB of storage, which is priced at Rs 37,999. But the smartphone will be available for a special introductory offer price of Rs 31,999 and Rs 34,999.
The Neo 7 Pro has been launched in two colours — Dark Storm and Fearless Flame. The company is also offering two years of warranty to all customers of the Neo 7 Pro 5G. Also, as part of the launch offers, those who pre-book the device can do so at Rs 1,000 and will get an additional year of warranty.
There are also some card offers for SBI and ICICI Bank cardholders, who can avail of a discount of up to Rs 2,000 on the Neo 7 Pro 5G. The device will be available for purchase on July 15 via Amazon India.
In terms of hardware, the Neo 7 Pro 5G comes with two finishes. The Fearless Flame variant has a vegan leather back, whereas the Dark Storm colour uses AG Glass back. The phone sports a flat display with a hole-punch cutout at the top centre for the front camera.
iQOO Neo 7 Pro 5G features a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display. The screen is claimed to refresh up to 120Hz and offer up to 1200Hz instant touch sampling rate. There is a layer of Schott Sensation Up glass on top of the display for protection against scratches and drops.
Under the hood, the Neo 7 Pro 5G gets the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The SoC features an Adreno 730 GPU and has a peak clock speed of 3.0GHz. It is paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. There is no microSD card support.
The Neo 7 Pro 5G packs a beefy 5000mAh battery under the hood. It offers 120W fast charging out of the box. In terms of software, the Neo 7 Pro 5G boots Funtouch OS 13 based on Android 13 out of the box.
The phone also features a triple-camera setup on the back. There is a 50MP Samsung GN5 primary camera with an f/1.88 aperture. It also has an 8MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, the Neo 7 Pro 5G has a 16MP front camera.
Other features include support for up to 4K 60fps video recording, an in-display fingerprint scanner, dual speakers, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi, etc.
