iQOO is set to launch the iQOO Neo 9 and the iQOO Neo 9 Pro smartphones in China on December 27. Alongside, the iQOO Neo 9 lineup, iQOO will be also launching the iQOO TWS 1e and iQOO Watch. The specifications of the iQOO Neo 9 Pro model were leaked by tipster Yogesh Brar a couple of days back. Additionally, the device was also spotted on the AnTuTu benchmark. Now, ahead of the launch, the complete specifications of the iQOO Neo 9 as well as the iQOO Neo 9 Pro have been revealed by the folks at 91Mobiles.
The report published by 91Mobiles reveals that both the iQOO Neo 9 and the iQOO Neo 9 Pro will adopt a 6.78-inch AMOLED display. The display panel on these devices will feature a 2800x1260p resolution. The Pro model will have a 144Hz refresh rate, while the vanilla model will offer a 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, the iQOO Neo 9 will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, while the Pro model will be powered by Dimensity 9300 chipset.
Both these smartphones will pack up to 12GB/16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB/512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. As for the imaging purpose, the Pro model will boast a 50MP primary camera with OIS support and a 50MP ultra-wide angle lens. The vanilla model will also feature a 50MP main camera, except that it will get an 8MP ultra-wide lens. Both these smartphones will feature a 16MP selfie camera.
On the software side of things, these devices will run Android 14 out of the box with the OriginOS 4 on top. The lineup is expected to launch in three colour options such as the Blue, Black and Red-White dual-tone design.
