The iQOO Neo 7 flaunts a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that has a Full HD+ resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and a pixel density of 388 PPI. The smartphone has a punch-hole cutout that includes a selfie camera. The power and volume buttons are located on the right side of the handset. The device has an in-display fingerprint sensor and a face unlock support.

The performance usage of the handset is handled by a Dimensity 8200 SoC. The device packs 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. On the back side of the device there is a triple-camera setup.
