Our team at MySmartPrice recently spotted the iQOO Neo 9 Pro smartphone on the 3C certification website. The 3C certification reveals the fast charging capability and model number of the Neo 9 Pro smartphone. Now Yogesh Brar, a reliable tipster, has revealed the complete specifications of the upcoming Neo 9 Pro smartphone.

iQOO Neo 9 Pro Expected Specifications

Yogesh Brar notes in a new post on X (formerly Twitter) that iQOO Neo 9 will sport a 6.78-inch OLED display. The previous iQOO Neo 8 Pro smartphone had a similar 6.78-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. But this time iQOO will equip the device with a higher 144Hz refresh rate panel, according to Brar’s leak.

Under the hood, the device will be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset, built on a 4nm process. Vivo recently debuted the Vivo X100 series smartphones with the same flagship chipset from MediaTek. The chipset has one Cortex-X4 core at 3.25GHz, three Cortex-X4 cores at 2.85GHz, four Cortex-A720 cores at 2.0GHz, and a Mali-G720 Immortalis MP12 GPU.

The smartphone will run on Origin OS 4 based on Android 14 out of the box. iQOO is yet to confirm the global launch of the smartphone. The company previously limited the iQOO Neo 8 Pro smartphone to the Chinese market. However, Brar hints that iQOO might launch the device in the global markets. The international units of the device will run on Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14 out of the box.

iQOO Neo 9 will also include the Q1 Supercomputing chipset, which iQOO integrated with the flagship iQOO 12 5G smartphone. The Q1 Supercomputing chipset will help the device to achieve better gaming performance. The device will be equipped with an in-display fingerprint scanner and an IR blaster. The teasers shared by the brand revealed that the device will sport dual rear cameras.

The tipster reveals that iQOO might equip the device with a 50MP Sony IMX 920 camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and secondary 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, which will use a Samsung sensor. The smartphone will be backed by a large 5000mAh battery with support for 120W wired fast charging tech. The 3C certification with the model number V2339A confirmed support for 120W wired fast charging tech.

The teasers shared by iQOO confirm that the device will debut in dual-coloured rear panels. The power button and volume rockers can be seen on the right. The infrared sensor and secondary noise cancellation mic can be seen on the top. The USB Type-C port, speaker grille, primary microphone, and SIM card tray can be seen on the bottom.
