The smartphone also appeared on the TENAA listing back in 2020 revealing some of the key specifications and now the IMEI listing is confirming the India launch. Let’s have a closer look at the iQOO T IMEI database listing.
iQOO T Spotted on IMEI Database
The iQOO T is listed on the IMEI certification site with model number V2019A hinting towards an imminent launch. The IMEI listing didn’t mention much about the specifications of the smartphone except the model number. As mentioned above a smartphone with the same model number was also listed on the TENAA listing back in 2020. According to the TENAA certification, the smartphone is going to arrive with a 6.53-inch TFT display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.
The listing also confirmed that the smartphone will be fuelled by a 4420mAh battery with an 18W fast charger support and offers 5G connectivity. However, the Indian IMEI database has confirmed that the smartphone will support only LTE connectivity.
According to the TENAA listing, the iQOO T will be backed by 6GB and 8GB RAM with 64GB and 128GB storage respectively. On the optical front, the smartphone is said to feature a triple rear-camera sensor with the combination of 48MP+8MP+2MP along with an LED flash. Upfront, it said to offer an 8MP camera sensor for selfie and video calls.
The TENAA listing also showcases the render of the iQOO T which suggests that the handset looks similar to the iQOO U1. There is a possibility that the iQOO U1 4G is launching as a new iQOO T series phone with a 5G Processor. The iQOO U1 also offers a 6.53-inch display and a 4500mAh battery.
